glasses of water per day and increase it on your workout days, so
that you won’t get dehydrated.

be able attain success in hitting your goals of building muscle mass,
you need to have the right motivation. To motivate yourself, you can
always imagine how you would look like when you already have chiseled
muscles. Aside from that, you can also get your close friends and
family involved with it, by letting them know what you are up to.
